  • Take a portion of massage oil in a small container & place it in a hot cup of water for around 5-10 minutes till it becomes warm.
  • Ensure the room is warm. If required use a small space heater.
  • Pour a few drops of oil into your palm & spread it over your entire body starting from your head to your toes. If you are not shampooing your hair, just massage your face & ears, not your scalp.
  • Then again start massaging your body using long strokes on areas, like arms & legs, & circular strokes around knees, elbows, etc. Don't overlook areas, like the soles of feet, fingernails & ears.
  • Finally, this is the vital part leave the oil on for a minimum of 15 minutes before showering it off. Meanwhile, have some lemon water, do yoga, meditate, shave, brush, tweeze your eyebrows, whatever you want just leave the oil for long enough.
